Accounting Manager LATAM

Fever is a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, looking for an Accounting Manager with experience in Latin America to join their HQ team in Madrid. The role involves managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance, and elevating quality of processes. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and hands-on individual with a Master's degree in Accounting or Finance and experience in a Big Four company.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional accounting certification (CPA / Contador Público)
• 2-3 years of experience in a Big Four company
• 1 year of experience as an Accounting Manager or Supervisor
• Proven experience managing or auditing accounting operations in Latin America
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong ownership, meticulous, and able to handle multiple topics with competing deadlines
• Familiarity with Excel and Navision (Microsoft Dynamics) or similar ERPs
• Strong people management skills and a collaborative mindset
