Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Business Operations Manager to design, build, and scale the commercial engine that powers its global growth. The successful candidate will own the pillars of sales strategy, sales operations, revenue operations, and sales productivity, ensuring the global sales organization performs at its best. This is a foundational global role with the mandate to build a world-class function in an early but rapidly scaling environment.
Requirements
- Define, build, and implement sales operations and revenue operations end-to-end
- Drive sales productivity, including onboarding, enablement, process optimization, rep development, and new-hire ramp acceleration
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Channels & Alliances, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, and Fever Originals to ensure alignment across pipeline, partnerships, GTM campaigns, and revenue initiatives
- Oversee pipeline quality & coverage, ensuring predictable, high-conversion funnel performance
- Optimize GTM systems (Salesforce, routing/scoring, dashboards, automations, sales engagement workflows) by defining how tools are used and ensuring adoption and efficiency
- Build and scale the Sales Strategy & Operations function, developing long-term capabilities, frameworks, and global best practices
