Event Producer - Live Events (DroneArt Shows)

Fever is looking for an Event Producer to support the delivery of a series of immersive shows across Italy. The role involves feasibility planning, vendor management, and onsite execution.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience producing live, experiential, or large-scale events
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder productions
• Strong understanding of event logistics, technical production, and permitting processes
• Experience managing budgets and vendors end-to-end
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident onsite leadership, able to perform under pressure
• Working knowledge of safety standards and risk management in live events
• Experience in pre-production (site visits, permitting, venue setup)
• Willingness and ability to travel and be onsite for event execution
