Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital and growth marketing
- Deep expertise in Meta and proven performance across Google, TikTok, and other digital ecosystems
- Strong background in leading senior teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated success designing and executing large-scale marketing strategies with direct business impact
- Highly analytical with strong command of performance metrics, forecasting, and P&L-oriented decision-making
- Executive communication skills and ability to lead meetings with partners and internal teams effectively
- Native/bilingual English, additional languages an advantage
- Solid academic background in business or related discipline
- Experience in entertainment, experiential marketing, media, or consumer tech preferred
