Lead Producer

Fever is seeking an experienced Producer to lead the production of its largest and most exciting SSI experiences, manage a team of Associate and Junior producers, and ensure high-quality experiences are delivered.

Requirements

• Manage all aspects of event productions, including pre-production logistics planning, hiring, onsite execution, as well as post-event wrap-up and reporting
• Develop and manage event production budgets, optimizing resources to achieve strategic goals
• Manage a team of local producers, providing training, guidance and support
• Source and manage freelancers, vendors and service providers and ensure delivery of quality services as per company standards
• Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, departments, and senior stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables & SSI targets
• Work with the Project Management team to ensure SSI Global team’s expectations, financial targets and standards are met
• Domestic and international travel and work across time zones may be required
