New Business Associate (based in Madrid)

Fever is seeking a Growth Senior Associate to join our New Business team. This role will be pivotal in driving the commercial strategy and managing high-impact partnerships across multiple markets.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in relevant fields such as strategy consulting, investment banking, or strategic business development
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, Aeronautics), Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Strategy, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills to support financial, commercial, and demand analyses.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across internal teams and external partners.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• A strong ethical compass and a commitment to doing the right thing.
• A passion for making data-informed, impact-oriented decisions that drive real business results.
