Operations Process Improvement Manager

We're looking for an Operations Process Improvement Manager to help design, implement, and improve operational workflows across Secret Media Network. The ideal candidate has a structured mindset, experience in strategy/operations consulting, and proficiency in data analysis and automation tools.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM degree)
• 5+ years of experience in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, marketing operations, or production management
• Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation
• Comfortable working with data and defining KPIs to measure performance
• Hands-on mindset: able to move from strategy to execution quickly
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
