Operations Project Manager

Fever is looking for a Operations Project Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional projects and drive efficiency, scalability, and excellence across experiences. The role involves managing merchandising operations, overseeing strategic planning and financial governance, and redesigning and automating processes.

Requirements

• Degree qualified with project management background
• 3/4+ years of relevant experience in consulting, operations, analytics, supply chain, merchandising, or similar
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, comfortable working with data, KPIs, P&Ls, and operational dashboards
