Partner Associate

Fever is looking for a Partner Associate to join their team in Madrid. As a Partner Associate, you will be responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events, working with various stakeholders and internal teams to deliver on project goals. You will communicate product needs to HQ and work with product/engineering to deliver on them. The role requires a mix of project management and operational experience, and you will be expected to be an entrepreneurial individual with a flexible, detail-oriented, analytical, and organized mindset.

Requirements

• Degree qualified, with a project management background
• 1+ years in a project management role or consulting background
• Fluent level of English and Spanish
• Huge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Ability to think strategically and handle large amounts of work
