We are looking for a Senior Marketing Strategy Manager to define and lead the strategic marketing vision for Fever's largest and fastest-growing markets: US, Canada, and LATAM. You will shape how our premium experiences, both Fever Originals and major global IP collaborations, reach millions of consumers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital and growth marketing
- Deep expertise in Meta and proven performance across Google, TikTok, and other digital ecosystems
- Strong background in leading senior teams, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and operating within complex, fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated success designing and executing large-scale marketing strategies with direct business impact
- Highly analytical, with strong command of performance metrics, forecasting, and P&L-oriented decision-making
- Executive communication skills and the ability to lead meetings with partners and internal teams effectively
- Native/bilingual English; additional languages are an advantage
- Solid academic background in business or a related discipline
- Experience in entertainment, experiential marketing, media, or consumer tech preferred
