Fever is looking for a Project Manager to join their Fever Originals team. The successful candidate will work closely with their Regional Lead to develop, launch, and manage experiences from concept to execution, combining project management, commercial development, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, business development, partnerships, or similar roles
- German on a native level and fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation and networking skills, with the ability to build meaningful partnerships
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Resilient and results-driven, able to perform under pressure and manage multiple high-impact projects
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with venues, partners, brands, and stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to guide decision-making
- Highly solution-oriented, able to identify challenges and develop practical strategies to resolve them
