We are looking for a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to manage the activation of customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan leveraging appropriate marketing channels, with a focus on email, push notifications, and in-app messages. You will refine our multi-channel comms, develop retention strategies, and ensure campaigns have clearly defined success metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in Digital Marketing and CRM, mobile and web environments
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc)
- Proficient in HTML
- Good copywriting skills
- Ability to develop & optimize CRM flows to drive revenue
- Ability to leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data
- Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
- Organized, responsible, and proactive
- Ability to optimize, prioritize, and organize time
- Ability to carry out a high pace of work
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to potentiate team-work and keep everyone motivated
