Requirements

• Significant experience in technical program management or engineering leadership (7+ years preferred)
• Strong technical fluency across SDLC, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, observability, release processes, and architecture trade-offs
• High comfort operating in ambiguity and influencing without formal authority
• Strong judgement, bias for action, and a service mindset
