Strategy & Operations Manager

We're Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to lead complex event operations globally. The role involves designing and executing large-scale events, translating partner needs into operational models, and solving problems in ambiguous environments. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in top-tier consulting or strategy & operations roles in high-growth companies, and is a structured problem solver with a builder mentality and high ownership.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in top-tier consulting (MBB or similar), OR Strategy & Operations roles in high-growth companies
• Proven experience solving complex, ambiguous problems
• Experience leading projects end-to-end
• Structured problem solver: you break down complexity into clear actions
• Builder mentality: you create solutions where none exist
• High ownership: you operate independently with minimal guidance
• Strategic + execution balance: you can design and implement
• Strong stakeholder management: you influence without authority
