Job Description
The Production Machine Operator I is responsible for understanding and following all assigned tasks and abiding by all safety requirements for various machines. They operate equipment as per their training, maintain cleanliness and material requirements, and work within a group to meet/exceed established production standards.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1 year work experience required
- Equipment operator experience preferred
- Must have a great attention to detail to be able to detect the presence of product or production issues
- Ability to understand verbal and written communications in English
- Ability to visually inspect product and materials
- An understanding or wiliness to learn food manufacturing and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
