Job Description
Reporting to the Team Leader and Line Leader, the Packing Operator is responsible for operating the packaging machinery and/or any other applicable machinery. The Packing Operator will also work closely and provide backup as needed to the Team Leader in order to ensure the packaging line produces a consistent product in a timely manner that meets all standards.
Requirements
- Operating the packaging machinery and/or any other applicable machinery
- Working closely and providing backup to the Team Leader
- Ensuring the packaging line produces a consistent product in a timely manner
- Demonstrating and practicing teamwork every day
- Respecting all fellow Team Members
- Complying with established Departmental and Organizational policies and procedures
- Maintaining a positive attitude and co-existence with all FGF Team Members
- Following the company dress code and maintaining a professional appearance
