Join FGS Global as Associate Director (all genders) Transaction & Financial Communication in Frankfurt, supporting clients during landmark M&A transactions, IPOs, and crisis situations, and developing communication strategies for unexpected events affecting share price and company reputation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent, in communications, finance, economics, or journalism
- At least three years' professional experience as an Associate Director and six years' experience as a Director in a relevant field
- Profound knowledge of financial markets and storytelling
- Excellent analytical and communications skills in German and English
- Good understanding of international and German media landscape
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and strong organizational skills
