The Director/Managing Director, Digital Strategy role involves developing and executing integrated digital strategies, managing cross-functional projects, mentoring junior staff, and serving as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8-10+ years of work experience in relevant digital content programs and social media management
- 3+ years working in an agency environment across multiple teams and disciplines
- Experience working across the influencer and creator economy with experience in influencer discovery, engagement and activations
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work at a fast pace under tight deadlines in collaboration with team members
- Go-getter attitude and strong sense of initiative to take the lead on projects and learn new skills
- General knowledge of financial communication practices and corporate finance
- Experience working on digital projects for financial transactions such as M&A, investor relations, IPOs, or proxy defense
- Working knowledge of other digital marketing areas such as paid promotion, digital reputation management, and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Comfort and track record in rapid response and/or crisis scenarios
