FGS Global is hiring an IT-Support/IT-Servicedesk employee to join their team in Berlin. The successful candidate will provide cross-location 1st- and 2nd-Level Support, manage the internal IT-Servicedesk, and administer Office365, MS-Teams, Azure, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
Requirements
- Completed degree in IT or at least 5 years of professional experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows system administration and Microsoft & Azure infrastructure technologies
- Extensive knowledge of current client hardware and experience with IT service management platforms
- Excellent documentation skills and ability to work confidentially
- Quick understanding ability and ability to work reliably under high pressure
- Good German knowledge and confident communication in English (at least B2 level)
- Proactive and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
