Bindery Operator

Freedom, a national Direct Mail Company, is seeking Bindery Operators for its 1st shift team. Operators should have the ability to read and interpret written work, possess knowledge of operating procedures for bindery equipment, and have an attention to detail.

Requirements

• Able to read and comprehend job tickets and customer specifications
• Able to communicate effectively with other employees
• Able to solve practical problems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Quality Oriented
• Team player- stays to get the job done
• Willing to be cross trained in the work of other departments/equipment
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English, bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Basic math skills (knowledge of calculator and ruler)
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and is constantly standing or walking in a fast paced environment
