Job Description
The People & Culture Associate provides operational support for core P&C functions for the US Government-funded STRengthening Infectious Disease DEtection Systems (STRIDES) project in Morocco.
Requirements
- Coordinates end-to-end recruitment support
- Maintains and updates HRIS data
- Supports country performance management processes
- Supports payroll and benefits processing
- Supports employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provides first-line response to employee questions regarding P&C policies and benefits
- Assists with compliance reporting and documentation for audits
