Job Description
Welcome to Fi. We’re a passionate team from Square, Google, TikTok, Peloton, Uber, and more working to transform the human-pet relationship. Fi is looking for a Strategic Finance Associate to provide strategic and analytical insights, support investor communications, and drive ROI-positive projects alongside senior management as the company scales.
Requirements
- Own and maintain Fi’s sales forecasts, financial models, and unit economics to support high-stakes decision-making
- Partner with the Data team to define, analyze, and report core business KPIs and key drivers of consumer behavior
- Prepare clear, decision-ready reporting for leadership and investors
- Work closely with Accounting to ensure financial accuracy, alignment, and clarity across the business
- Partner with the executive team on strategic initiatives, capital allocation decisions, and scaling efforts, bringing financial rigor to the company’s highest-impact opportunities
