Software Engineering-Lead Engineer

FICO is a leading global analytics software company, seeking a Software Engineering-Lead Engineer to contribute to the design, implementation, and evolution of our cloud-native platform infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring solid technical expertise in platform engineering practices, SRE & DevOps methodologies, and infrastructure automation.

Requirements

• Experience in cloud & platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles with demonstrated growth.
• Strong proficiency with AWS cloud services including compute, storage, networking, and cloud native services.
• Solid hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows for Kubernetes application delivery.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Golang, and Python for resource provisioning and deployments.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively on technical initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of SRE or Software Engineering practices and principles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, DevOps Engineer) preferred.
