Job Description

They are seeking a skilled Sales Administrator based in India to support US sales operations, manage CRM, order processing, and customer engagement. Requirements
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo)
- Prepare and process sales quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations)
- Track order statuses and follow up on documentation
- Manage sales documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
- Assist customers with product information and support requests
- Build rapport with customers
- Work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
