Job Description
Business Operations Analyst, Fidelity Wealth: Drive process improvement initiatives, develop requirements for new system implementations, and contribute to organizational growth and efficiency. Work with partners to analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and define new processes. Develop clear and concise requirements documents to guide implementation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services
- Business analysis and/or project management experience
- Wealth/investment management experience
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Bilingualism in English and French (verbal & written) is an asset
- Licensed as an Investment Representative (IR) or Registered Representative (RR) is an asset
- Insurance designation is an asset
