We are seeking a Communications Consultant to join our Corporate Affairs Team in Toronto. As a dynamic role, you will support Fidelity's intranet, lead employee engagement initiatives, and provide internal and external multimedia communications support. You will also learn, innovate, and inspire others to improve our communications processes and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree ideally in communications, public relations, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a communications related function
- Knowledge and/or experience with Content Management Systems, Inter/intranet technologies, and Survey applications is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex matters
- Superior judgement of audiences’ needs and messaging that works
- Strong team player who works well with other team members and business partners
- Thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Presentation skills that efficiently inform and inspire others
