Investment Risk Analyst

The Investment Risk Analyst will support and enhance FCIM multi-asset investment risk and portfolio oversight functions. The Analyst will conduct ongoing monitoring and analysis to ensure that investment strategies are aligned with their objectives and client expectations. The Analyst will work with the Head of Investment Risk and Portfolio Oversight, the Chief Investment Officer, Portfolio Managers and Quantitative team members to drive efficiencies and a robust risk oversight infrastructure.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the investment industry with a strong preference for experience in roles closely associated with investment management, risk management and/or investment compliance or equivalent work experience
• University educated with a strong preference for candidates with an educational foundation in mathematics, statistics, economics, or finance
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Python programming competence / expertise preferred
• Accreditations and / or certificates in industry programs associated with investment risk management preferred
