Job Description
The Manager, IS Systems Development and Support will be responsible for leading the modernization of Fidelity's core systems, transforming legacy platforms into resilient, agile, and AI-native systems. The incumbent will drive efforts to support, maintain, and enhance assigned system(s), while contributing to the operational and strategic success of their system(s).
Requirements
- Completed University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent working experience
- Minimum 5 years of application development management experience within the Financial Industry
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience
- Strong technical proficiency with a focus on workflow optimization, connectivity, and integration across platforms
- Hands on experience with agile methodology
- Experience leading modernization of legacy platforms, including cloud migration, API enablement, and adoption of AI/ML technologies
- Prior experience in transfer agency systems
- Knowledge of PROGRESS OpenEdge is a nice to have
