You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. You will be responsible for managing and making visible the product backlog, prioritizing requirements for future product development, and evaluating the work generated by the team to ensure impeccable features and functionality of the product. You will work within Agile team environments to deliver best software solutions to our suit of products.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
- 3+ Years working experience in Financial Services.
- 3 + year(s) Working experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or equivalent
- 1 + year(s) Financial Services experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
- Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Proactive, energetic, drive for success.
- Comfortable working with multiple teams, in-house and remote.
- Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with cross divisional teams, senior management, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinker with a vision.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and Excel); working knowledge of software development.
