Job Description
As a Senior Change Risk Specialist, you will be working on a hybrid schedule and will be responsible for ensuring changes are introduced safely with strong risk identification, assessment, and mitigation. You will analyze proposed changes, identify risk exposures, assess controls, and document required mitigations.
Requirements
- University degree
- 3+ years of work experience in risk management, operational risk, change risk, audit, compliance, or process/control design
- Experience in process mapping
- Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks and change management principles
- Experience representing risk on business or technology projects
- Skilled at translating complex risks into clear, actionable language
- Proven ability to challenge constructively and influence outcomes
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
