We are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to support the planning and execution of campaigns for new and existing products, as well as non-product efforts such as Branding, D&I, and ESG. The role will play an active role in supporting product marketing and brand marketing on strategic planning and execution aimed at achieving commercial targets of Fidelity International Japan.
Requirements
- Experience in the Japanese financial industry (from approximately 1 year) and basic industry knowledge
- Strong interest in marketing for financial products
- High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and proactively drive work in a hands-on environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-driven, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
- Flexibility and team-oriented attitude to support team needs as required.
- Hands-on experience in marketing campaigns or promotional activities, including digital, video, and print.
- Experience in content production and translation
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as Clipchamp
