Requirements
- Primary administrator for Salesforce and Certinia
- Support process improvement initiatives by implementing solutions within Salesforce and integrated platforms
- Maintain and enhance data integrity
- Manage page layouts, calculated fields, and reporting tools
- Oversee Certinia Professional Service Automation and Finance/Accounting updates
- Support reporting and analytics
- Coordinate system integrations between Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Certinia, ADP, IVO, Azure, and other business systems
- Provide training, support, and documentation for users
- Conduct permissions and security audits
