Job Description
Field AI is seeking a Legal Counsel - Commercial to drive the commercial legal strategy that enables our rapid customer expansion. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be the primary legal partner to our Sales and Customer Success teams, structuring and negotiating complex enterprise agreements as we deploy autonomous robotics solutions with customers worldwide.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant legal experience, with substantial focus on commercial contracts and technology transactions
- In-house experience at a high-growth technology company (Series B or later) supporting enterprise sales teams
- Expertise drafting and negotiating complex B2B enterprise agreements, preferably in SaaS, hardware, or technology services
- Exposure to government contracts or federal procurement
- Familiarity with international commercial law and cross-border transactions
- Juris Doctor (JD) from top-tier law school
