Product Manager

Field Nation is a platform that brings companies and service professionals together. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of features that help Buyers get work done more effectively and enable Technicians to grow their businesses on the platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience shipping user-facing features
• Strong learning mindset with the ability to ask good questions and pursue truth over assumptions
• Strong product judgment, capable of making sound decisions under ambiguity
• Independent point of view, able to form and clearly articulate a well-reasoned perspective
• Exceptional communicator, able to convey ideas clearly and concisely in both spoken and written English
• Strong ownership mindset, comfortable driving progress through ambiguity, tight timelines, and competing priorities
• Experience working on distributed or global teams is a strong plus
