Field Nation is seeking a Sales Development Specialist Lead to help establish and scale their sales development function in Bangladesh. The role will involve conducting discovery calls, engaging with decision-makers, and applying established best practices to serve as the standard for future team members.
Requirements
- 4-6 years experience in sales development, inside sales, or business development roles supporting USA/UK/Australian companies.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales fundamentals and qualification best practices
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and cold calling, with the ability to articulate performance and results
- Experience running structured qualification or discovery calls independently (phone and video)
- Experience working within defined sales processes, playbooks, and qualification frameworks
- Familiarity with US sales culture and buyer expectations
- Excellent communication, active listening, and objective handling skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation, and sales productivity tools (e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Curiosity and a self-starter mindset—you’re not afraid to dive into new verticals or conversations. You’ll pick up the phone and make the call.
- Ability to operate effectively in a new and evolving function across time zones with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in tech marketplaces (preferably in the USA/UK/Australian companies), field services, or high-velocity sales environments preferred
