Job Description
Join GE Vernova's FieldCore as a Field Engineering Program - Generator Specialist, where you'll develop technical expertise, lean thinking, and leadership skills through the Field Engineering Program. Upon graduation, you'll be eligible for a TFA position, traveling to customer sites to support installation, maintenance, and warranty work on industrial power generation equipment.
Requirements
- Technical/University degree or qualifying experience
- 3+ years of experience in a field services or power generation equipment maintenance position
- Strong technical competence in reading and interpreting electrical/mechanical flow and instrument diagrams, dial and laser alignment, and thermal growth equipment
- English proficiency required
- Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required by field assignments
- Manage and develop employees
