You will play a significant role in supporting us in your active participation in the joint consultation of corporations, investors and entrepreneurs in the field of Corporate, M&A
In addition to structuring and implementing corporate transactions, you will support our clients in corporate law arrangements as well as disputes, such as in the area of enforcing shareholder rights, post-M&A or liability of the management
You will work independently and will be included in contact with our clients from the first day
You will conduct research and writings on various topics in the field of corporate law
Interest in early involvement in legal consultation and enthusiasm for economic connections
First contacts with the field of Corporate/M&A are welcome but not a mandatory requirement
Very good - preferably used abroad - English skills
