Fieldwire is looking for a Strategic Construction Success Manager to support top enterprise accounts in a SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing SaaS roles, with a strong foundation in customer-facing roles and a background in construction and/or construction technology.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS role
• Experience supporting enterprise customers with complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
• Background in construction technology or direct construction experience
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
