Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least three years of relevant experience (compensation and/or accounting related)
- Discretion and protection of confidential information
- Bilingual in English and French
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent management of priorities and ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and summarizing skills
- Ability to question processes and identify control gaps, find and propose effective solutions
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Proven ability to work in a team and collaborate closely with others
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills
