Senior Analyst, Proposal Management (RFP)

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Proposal Management to lead the coordination, analysis, and delivery of high-quality investment proposals across a broad spectrum of strategies and asset classes. The successful candidate will have strong writing, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Requirements

• Lead the completion of RFPs and DDQs from prospective clients and consultants
• Ensure the proposal management database is current and effectively utilized
• Respond to consultant inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain and update firm-wide information on investment strategies, portfolio characteristics, AUM, and investment teams
• Assist in the maintenance and update of consultant databases by producing accurate information according to specific deadlines
• Partner with investment and capability specialists to gain a deep understanding of their approaches and articulate them effectively in proposals
• Maintain historical and current information on the firm, its strategies, investment approaches, portfolio characteristics, assets under management and investment teams
• Update the proposal management database
• Participate in peer reviews to uphold quality and consistency across all submissions
