Job Description
The Home Lending Specialist will respond to advanced customer needs, via telephone or email, focusing on answering inquiries for new mortgage loans. The role requires a college degree, 1-2 years of mortgage loan experience, and strong interpersonal skills. The specialist will be responsible for risk management, cross-selling additional bank products, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
