Job Description
Make banking a Fifth Third better. We are seeking a Personal Banker Associate I to become a Retail Personal Banker I after completing a 9-week onboarding and education program. The successful candidate will use the consultative sales process to identify and meet the financial needs of customers or prospects.
Requirements
- College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills
- Experience in the financial industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities
- Understanding of advanced math functions
- Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank
- Demonstrated ability to develop a working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures
