Personal Banker Associate I

As a Personal Banker Associate I, you will use the consultative sales process to build customer relationships and identify financial needs. You will work in a retail banking environment, processing transactions and engaging in outside sales activities. This role requires a college degree or equivalent work experience, with a preference for experience in the financial industry.

Requirements

• Use the consultative sales process to build customer relationships and identify financial needs
• Process transactions and engage in outside sales activities
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services
• Utilize CAMP and other approved Marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers
• Establish close working relationships with assigned Business Partners
• Provide guidance to CSRs with respect to the sales and referral process
• Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all business confidential
