Job Description
We are seeking a Personal Banker Associate II to join our team. As a sales position, the role will focus on developing and building relationships with customers, promoting banking products and services, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a college degree or equivalent experience, and be able to develop a comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing ones.
Requirements
- College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills or combination of education and experience
- Experience in the financial industry preferred
- Ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers
