Job Description
The Personal Banker I position provides an exceptional customer experience by cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing long lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers, processing teller transactions, and providing solutions that span across the customer's lifecycle.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED and 6 months customer service experience, or college degree or equivalent military experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with both new household acquisitions and deepening customer relationships
- Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication
- Exhibits business acumen
- Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions
