Retail Personal Banker Associate I

The Retail Personal Banker Associate I role is an entry-level position that involves working in a Financial Center or Bank Mart, using the consultative sales process to identify and meet the financial needs of customers. The role requires developing a thorough understanding of Retail consumer and small business products and services, and recommending solutions to customers. The position involves cross-selling to existing customers, engaging in outside sales activities, and establishing close working relationships with business partners.

Requirements

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills
• Experience in the financial industry preferred
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in terms of appearance and verbal/written communication
