Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Mortgage Loan Originator to perform a wide range of duties relating to the origination of residential 1st mortgage loans. The successful candidate will meet standards and objectives defined by management and be responsible for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined.
Requirements
- Develop sustainable and consistent referral relationships with realtors, builders, and professional and personal contacts
- Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third Mortgage Company's policies and procedures, available loan products, processing procedures, and underwriting and general departmental guidelines
- Work with senior leadership to develop and train assigned Mortgage Loan Advisor on behaviors and activities required to develop and sustain internal and external referral sources
