Job Description
The Treasury Management Officer II is a member of a highly productive team of treasury professionals, responsible for business development, client service excellence, and client retention. The role involves persuasively articulating the value proposition of Fifth Third's treasury management solutions to internal and external clients, identifying client needs, and presenting working capital solutions. The officer is also accountable for risk management and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years Commercial Banking /Treasury Management experience
- CTP certification is strongly encouraged
- Proven product and sales knowledge sufficient to help mentor new team members
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Basic proficiency in PC software (MS Office)
- Understanding of Treasury Management, Payment and products and solutions
