Fig is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition at one of Canada’s fastest-growing fintech startups.
Requirements
- 3–6 years experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing CAC/CPA
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, attribution tools, and performance dashboards
- Experience running creative and landing page experiments
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
