Figma is growing its team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. The company is looking for an experienced Design Program Manager, AI to help scale how they operate in fast-moving, highly technical AI workstreams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Design Program Management and DesignOps
- A track record of leading complex, fast-moving programs across design, product, and engineering
- Experience working on AI-powered products, internal AI enablement, or adjacent workflows
- Technical curiosity and aptitude to partner fluently with engineering and design engineers
- Experience procuring and managing design contractors and 3rd-party vendors
- A deep understanding of how designers work and how to support their craft
